Sleep Properly:
Before we go to do this do that and exercise that way. We want to emphasize the importance of sleep. Sleep is really important most people cannot function properly without eight hours of sleep.
Therefore, you should focus on sleeping properly and sleeping early. If you are sleeping at 3:00 am you are missing those key hours of sleep that help you relax and rest. Try to go to bed before 11:00. If you sleep less you will not function properly.
But if you do your brain will be much more active and you can perform better at work and other things.

The people whose company you enjoy is very important. It has a very positive effect on your mental wellbeing. If you are constantly spending time with people who don’t appreciate you and do mean things to you that you can’t call out. Those people will make you feel mentally down. So, avoid negative people.
Hangout with people who love you for who you are and help you grow. In all honesty, cut people who are not good for you. For your sake and theirs. And enjoy wholesome loving friendships and relationships. Because your connection with people matters a lot.
Stress Management:
If you are really stressed try to find the stressor. The trigger as to why all of this is happening. Is it a person, or are you overworking yourself? Or any other reason. Sometimes stress is caused because of lifestyle. If you have a disorganized lifestyle and no time management you will be stressed.
So, start by managing time if you can’t find anything. Keep work and home separate. The moment you leave the office consider your work done. Focus on self-growth. Try to give time to find new hobbies. Manage your house and clean it. All of these things help reduce stress.
Ask for Help when you need it:
There is no shame in asking for help if you need it. If you are feeling overwhelmed then you should seek help. Either to a loved one or a therapist. Talking can really help, if you have a family and a partner you should talk to your partner about what is bothering you. Ask for their help in chores or just seek emotional support.
Keep work Separate from your Private Life:
In the modern world of technology, this can be really tricky what you have to do is either keep two different phones for your work and for your private life. Or leave your phone on airplane mode.
There is no law or rule that forces you to pick up your boss’s phone after office hours. So, don’t do it. Focus on your family after you return home.
Focus on yourself. And meditate, exercise or just watch a movie but it is important to keep away from stress.
All in all, you can live a healthy life and stay mentally and physically fit by taking care of yourself. Exercising and giving time to your loved ones. Because it is important to stay fit.
