Harnessing the Power of Early Rising


             
 What power is there in rising very early in the morning? Does it sound fictional? I want to admit that there is power in each time of the day. Why do some religion advocate for night prayers and  vigils? Naturally, the benefits of rising very early in the morning can be more than rising in the core mid-night hours. 

In fact, early rising in the morning is better than mid-night rising as to keep you in a state of good mental health and body fitness for the day.

  Maybe the mystery of dark hours is, some negative energies or forces are turned off or at rest state because they are not in the busy day light. Light is a very powerful energy, it affects almost everything in the universe including humans that without it, we cannot see, photosynthesis do occur to plant as a process of which light is an essential energy for it to harness their nutrients. early rising is associated with some health and behavioral benefits which include:

 - increased mental alertness and more ability to concentrate. the research to support this is the one conducted by Texas university showing some degree of correlation of early rising to study and scoring high in tests.
- if  coupled with early to bed, waking up early an improve one's quality of sleep
- it makes for better memory
- it can enhance meditation, quiet time, and some other spiritual practices.
the brain is charges and ready to work hard when one allows it to rest early.

- breakfast is so important, early rising in the morning allows you to prepare it early.
- in the early morning, there is much will power to plan your day towards your goal.
- early rising brings you new thoughts, ides, inspiration and creativity.
- scientists do advocate early to bed, early to rise to get rid of insomnia and morning fatigue.
- it is one of the perfect way to any form of creative mastery.
it gives you more wake and working hours.
- it makes you work more on your goals.

               HOW TO START WAKING UP EARLY


i. Turn off your cell phone.

ii. Don't set alarms, let it happen naturally. Train your brain to 
waking early by thinking about waking early with the intended time in mind.

iii. Light outs.

iv Let there be serenity in the bed room or both remote and immediate sleeping environment.

V. Don't let interesting movies, news, games, gist, TV shows or novels lure you to sleeping late..

VI. Eat dinner as early as 7:00 to 7:30 pm and you can sleep between 3o minutes to 1 hour thereafter.

VII. Don't take coffee, it is a stimulant and can get you awake. Likewise some alcohol can mimic stimulant properties as though  alcohol is a depressant of the Central Nervous System.
